If you're one of the many Americans who have decided it's time to make a change and become a business owner, then owning a Germinator franchise just might be that perfect opportunity you've been searching for. We're one of the fastest-growing franchises in the country with locations all across the United States.
The ongoing pandemic has created an awareness of the importance of keeping clean, sanitized, and disinfected areas. This societal consciousness isn't going away anytime soon. It's become a part of what everybody refers to as the "new normal," and Germinator is a pioneer of that movement. Our goal is to help everyone get back to a new normal that feels much more like the old one.
That's because this isn't just a movement to us, it's a hygienic lifestyle we preach, and it's been our specialty since 2015. We've been 100% focused on just sanitization and disinfection services alone and really own our part in creating better, cleaner, and more pristinely hygienic spaces for anyone to enjoy because we care about the wellbeing of others.
And we wouldn't be where we are today if it wasn't for the support from our Scientific Advisory Board (SAB), which consists of industrial hygienists, epidemiologists, medical professionals, including a former United States Assistant Surgeon General for five administrations, as well as many respected members of the scientific community. We take sanitizing and disinfecting seriously and passionately.
Under the advisory and review of the SAB, we've conducted extensive studies based on various experiments with other sanitizing and disinfecting methods and technologies such as ozone, UV light, hydrogen peroxide, chlorine dioxide, and other quats. We have narrowed down our approach in providing an enhanced antimicrobial protection for any home or business with our patent-pending process.
With over 200 plus years of combined experience from business owners, industry leaders, and scientific experts, we're presenting you with a socially conscious franchise opportunity that does more for the common good with more return on your initial investment to unlock the potential financial freedom.
You'll have the opportunity to get into a fast-growing business with a low startup cost. Our repeat business model means clients will want to continue to use our services, especially in light of COVID-19 and beyond. Our services are convenient, effective, verified, and there is no industry or place to which it can't be applied.
We work with our clients, individually and thoroughly, to sanitize and disinfect the spaces they care about most, and we have even designed a Quarterly Protection Plan for those who want to sustain a level of cleanliness and hygiene long-term. In our quarterly plan, we follow-up and measure your levels of ATP to track your progress and provide expert advice to ensure proper levels of hygiene and cleanliness are being maintained. This is a part of the repeat business model that makes Germinator a consistent sanitizing and disinfecting business opportunity. Families, customers, employees, or anyone who cares about living or working in a protected space, will continue to reach out to us to feel that comfort and peace of mind that our services bring out.
Unlike some franchise business models, ours isn't limited in its reach. There are unlimited markets to tap into and a wide customer base that makes our services essential and in demand. We're ideal for educational facilities, athletic facilities, offices or warehouse buildings, healthcare facilities, rental properties, resorts, apartment complexes, restaurants and bars, malls, and anywhere else where germ-control is a top priority in the places that people gather.
The pandemic has changed everything and has heightened everyone's awareness about the threat of germs. We are trying to do what we can in keeping the places we live, work, and play cleaner and more secure. As a potential franchise owner, you'll provide a service that'll make you feel like a superhero doing good for your community. Take a look below, at the very heart of what it takes to know and apply proper disinfection with our patent-pending process.
Germinator's Patent-Pending Process
Step 1 – Test Surfaces: When a technician of ours enters an area of concern, they test their client's surfaces for ATP using a luminometer to detect light that can come from cellular activity. This measurement immediately tells our technicians the level of cleanliness and hygiene present on surfaces.
Step 2 – Application of Genesis Surface Treatment: Our technicians use a product called "Genesis" during phase one of our sanitizing and disinfecting process. Genesis is a one-step cleaner and broad-spectrum sanitizer and disinfectant treatment that harnesses the power of HOCl (hypochlorous acid) solution. Derived from naturally occurring minerals, Genesis not only eliminates odors at their source but kills a wide range of bacteria, including Staphylococcus aureus, MRSA, Salmonella enterica, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and viruses including norovirus, rotavirus, and adenovirus on hard, non-porous, environmental surfaces. It meets the Association of Official Agricultural Chemists (AOAC) germicidal spray standards for Hospital-Grade Disinfection and is on the EPA N List of products determined to meet the criteria for use against SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19. As a result, this treatment will eliminate bacteria and viruses that may reside in your environment without the use of harsh chemicals or fumes.
Step 3 – Application of Bacteriostatic Finish: Next, our technicians move into phase two of our patent-pending process and apply our "Shield" solution. The Shield is a water-based quaternary ammonium compound that imparts a durable bacteriostatic finish to a wide range of non-food contact surfaces. It is EPA registered as effective against the growth of mold, mildew, algae, and odor-causing bacteria. This application creates an invisible barrier that combats deterioration and discoloration and promotes freshness for up to three months.
Both the Genesis and Shield products are applied by using an electrostatic sprayer, which is the most efficient and effective means of delivering the products to the intended application sites.
Step 4 – Retest Surfaces: After our surface treatment and protectant services, our technicians will retest to ensure the surfaces have achieved the intended results. This is how disinfection should be done. All of our franchisees' test, disinfect, protect, and retest to verify that our hard work has paid off and helped someone in need, and so can you.
